For registrations received by January 4, 2011, badges and materials will be mailed to US and Canadian addresses.  Bring your badge packet to a badge holder pick-up counter located in the Mandalay Bay Convention Center to receive your badge holder and show program.  For international registrants, badges will be held for pick-up at the Pre-Registered Attendee counter on-site.

Attendee badges will incur a $35 replacement fee. For Non-exhibiting manufacturer/supplier registrations, all badges will incur a $300 replacement fee.  Photo ID is REQUIRED for all badge reprints.  There is no charge for address changes when all badge credentials are returned at the same time of change.



CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY

All cancellations/substitutions must be in writing and postmarked on or before January 4, 2011.  If you are unable to attend you may send a substitute.  The exhibits only fee is non-refundable. All other cancellations will be assessed a $35 administration fee.  No refunds will be issued after January 4.  If your badge and/or ticket credentials have been printed, they must be returned for the cancellation/substitution to be processed.

For Architects and Designers Taking Part in Architect Day: Designing with Natural Stone:
Though the event is complimentary with exhibits admission, a credit card number is required to reserve your space for Architect Day in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. All cancellations must be received via email to Registration@StonExpo.com, in writing and postmarked on or before December 30, 2010. Cancellations received after this date or onsite no-shows for the Architect Day program, lunch and/or dinner will be subject to a $50 fee not to exceed $100 depending on the portion(s) of the program for which you have registered.

Our exhibitors have asked us to help StonExpo/Marmomacc Americas maintain its professional business atmosphere and we join them in this endeavor. Our policy regarding non-exhibiting manufacturers attending the show states: StonExpo/Marmomacc Americas will charge non-exhibiting manufacturers a fee to attend the expo. StonExpo/Marmomacc Americas reserves the right to audit registrations and to refuse registration entrance to any non-exhibiting manufacturer.
